The Product Environmental Footprint Category Rules (PEFCR) for Hotel Accommodation are entering their final stage. Following the first public consultation and a thorough review of stakeholder feedback, the Technical Secretariat has revised the draft rules and now we want to hear from you again.

The second public consultation is your opportunity to contribute to a robust, science-based methodology that will define how the environmental performance of hotel accommodation services is measured across Europe. Whether you represent a hotel, an industry association, an environmental organisation, a policy authority, or are simply an engaged member of the public your voice matters.

Review the updated draft PEFCR, share your expertise, and help ensure that the final rules are fit for purpose, fair, and ambitious. Together, we can build a credible framework that drives meaningful sustainability progress across the hospitality sector.
